My husband and I recently purchased a property from Lilystone Homes Limited, Jason and his staff have been amazing, any problems have been immediately rectified, the property has been fitted to a high specification and we just love it. I just wanted to drop you a quick line, you built my house in Denford several years ago. You may recall I have moved to Warwickshire and bought a ‘project house’ and finally, after 2 years, I am actually in the build process. The reason for my email is to say that only now do I truly appreciate your professionalism, your attention to detail and the fact that you were on the case throughout the entire build. You may have guessed – it’s not going swimmingly this time and this has made me reflect on Browns Lane, we are behind schedule, over budget and there’s little in the way of forward planning going on over here in Stratford upon Avon.
